Creating PDF Reports
The CPE allows for easy professional production of customized PDF reports of a single property, multiple Selected Properties from Search Results, and properties saved in Portfolios.
- Single Property PDF Report - Select Create a PDF Report icon from the Listing Actions panel on any Property Overview.
- Multiple Property PDF Report - Select Create a PDF Report icon from the Selected Properties action panel or Portfolio Actions panel.

Create PDF Report
1. Brochure Header - Select a Default Header or Upload a customized header of a company logo or client logo/name. See Report Headers for more information.
2. Summary Brochure - All selected properties are included with summary detail. Default summary reports include a Summary Map but does not include listing contact information
3. Brochure Formats – Select desired brochure format. See Brochure Formats for more information.
4. Contact Information – Show the Listing Agent’s contact or My Contact Information. If My Contact Information is selected, “Courtesy of: Listing Agent” is included in report.
5. Comments – Show Comments from the Listing, No Comments or My Listing Comments. If brochure format selection does not include comments, no comments will be shown regardless off Comment Selection.
6. Additional Brochure Pages – Add a page to each property for Secondary Photos, Street Map, and Satellite Map.
7. Advanced Options – Create and select customized Brochure Styles with defined colors, fonts, and font sizes. See Customizing Brochure Styles for more information.
