The Polygon Search adds a defined area to narrow search results.

Drawing a Polygon

1. Select Draw Polygon in the Map Tools.

2. Click on the on the map to begin placing the points of the polygon.

3. Double-click to close the polygon

4. Click Get Results to add the polygon to the search results filter.

Polygon Search

Advanced polygon search techniques include:

• Polygon searches are best if the area of interest is a unique shape or orientation.
  Example: Create a “submarket” by drawing a polygon around office/industrial parks, high traffic corridors or neighborhoods.
• Polygon points can be edited before clicking Get Results. Place the cursor over the Polygon Line and select a point and drag to desired location.
