The Radius Search adds a defined area to narrow search results.

Create Radius

1. Select Draw Radius in the Map Tools.

2. Enter the desired distance of the radius.

3. Click on the map to place the center of the circle.

4. Click Get Results to add the circle polygon to the search results filter.

Advanced radius search techniques include:

• Radius searches are best if the area of interest is defined from a central point.
  Example: Track competitive properties within a defined distance of your listing or client interest.
• The center point of a radius search can be moved before clicking Get Results. Place the cursor over the circle, then click and drag the center point to desired location.
